Data deletion

Last updated: September 17, 2026

You can ask us to delete your Lookdoit account and everything stored with it at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and how to remove Lookdoit’s access to a connected platform.

Delete your account and data

Email formatd3@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your data. We confirm the request by replying to that address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your account, sign-in records and sessions.
  • Photos, videos, voice notes, documents and messages you sent, and their transcripts and previews.
  • Posts prepared for you and their history.
  • Access tokens for Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, and the list of your connected pages, profiles and channels.

Posts already published on a platform stay there — delete them on that platform. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

Disconnect a platform

In Lookdoit, open Profile → Platforms, choose the platform and tap Disconnect. This revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also remove Lookdoit’s access from the platform itself:

  • Google and YouTube — Google Account → Third-party connections.
  • Facebook and Instagram — Facebook Settings → Business integrations, and Meta Business Suite → Settings → Partners.
  • TikTok — Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

Facebook data deletion requests

If you removed Lookdoit from your Facebook account, you can request deletion of the data we received from Facebook by emailing formatd3@gmail.com; we follow the same steps and timeline as above.
