Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and D3 Studio (“Lookdoit”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Lookdoit website and service. By creating an account or using Lookdoit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use Lookdoit

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Lookdoit on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business, and “you” refers to both you and that business.

The service

Lookdoit is a portal for home-services businesses in the United States to collect photos and videos from job sites, organize them, and share them with their clients. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features depend on third-party services, and we are not responsible for those services’ availability.

Your account

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email and any linked sign-in providers secure. Sign-in uses a one-time email link or a trusted identity provider. Tell us promptly at formatd3@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone’s rights when using Lookdoit;
  • upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that is unlawful, harassing, or deceptive;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
  • probe, scan, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, or bypass its access controls or rate limits;
  • use the service to build a competing product or to scrape it at scale.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, notes, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you and to the people you share it with. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for backups that expire on a normal schedule.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload Your Content and to grant this license — including, where required, the consent of any person shown or identifiable in a photo or video and permission from the owner of the property depicted. You are responsible for Your Content and for having a lawful basis to collect and share it.

Our intellectual property

The Lookdoit software, design, and branding are owned by D3 Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not give you any right to our name or logos. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

Publishing on your behalf

When you connect a platform or give our team access to it, you authorise Lookdoit to publish to that account only posts you approved in Lookdoit, at the time shown when you approved them. You can ask for changes before approving, and disconnect a platform at any time. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you send us, and your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

Third-party services

Lookdoit relies on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and optional Google and Apple sign-in. Your use of those sign-in options is also subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content will not be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D3 Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify D3 Studio against claims, damages, and costs arising from Your Content or from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Lookdoit and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licenses for existing backups, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not otherwise resolved, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Lookdoit after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
